2021 Forecast - Bolton: Great support from chains, costing challenges
Published: 10th Dec 2020
Cape Town, W. Cape, SA - We on-boarded Woolworths just before lockdown and successfully delivered their first shipment under their own label in July this year. Since then the relationship has grown and we are currently working on another repeat delivery for January 2021.
There are more styles in the pipeline for the first half of 2021 and also more developments.
In terms of the Masterplan and interest shown from listed chain stores – we are busy on-boarding Truworths and are already working on some private label styles for Summer 2021 input. We have received an order for branded test (Grasshoppers Fashion) delivery March 2021.
The partnership support with these 2 chains in regard to the 2030 Masterplan drive is phenomenal! They are really going out of their way to explore turning product into local manufacturing, although we have costing challenges.
