The pre-race Comrades Expo is growing again. Mr Price Sport was the major sponsor and the biggest footwear exhibitor. The only running shoe exhibitor was Hoka distributor Ikhambi. The DTIC sponsored a pavilion which included 2 non-athletic shoe manufacturers.


Unit maker Planet Events also makes shoes and sandals under the Double Down brand. Pictured are Siphiwe Robbie Gumede and Damien Nash Reddy.
